There is nothing finer then a home cooked organic meal made wit the ingredients grown in your own or your neighbors garden, Okay so there is, the benefits with eating out are there is now washing up, and for the most part you can learn some new stuff about food, plus its just nice to eat out once in an while. This list should help you find a nice healthy Organic restaurant or Cafe where you are at.

Demuths is long established stalwart of the relatively small family of vegetarian and organic restaurants in the UK.

The food here is gourmet world food rather than the wholefood you often find in such restaurants. Rachel Demuth, the owner, has self-published three cookery books now and runs courses at The Vegetarian Cookery School.
There’s always a choice for vegans and the menu is well labelled with the different allergens/ingredients.
The deserts are usually sensational and they offer great organic wines and beers.
Book in advance, the restaurant is small and typically full Fri/Sat. Enjoy the wait for your food – it is all made fresh – while you snack on Hobbs house bread and olives and some great wine! |
